Sonja Bullaty was on assignment to the Inner Hebrides islands of Scotland when she came upon this verdant landscape on the Isle of Skye.
“After an all-day rain, the sun just barely touched the clouds for an instant, then it rained again.”
But that moment was long enough for her to capture with a 35-mm SLR and 105-mm telephoto lens.
The exposure was 1/15 sec at 1/8 on Kodachrome 25 film.

“Dopo una giornata di pioggia, il sole ha appena sfiorato le nuvole per un istante, poi ha piovuto di nuovo.”
Ma quell’istante è stato abbastanza lungo da poter essere immortalato con una reflex 35 mm e un teleobiettivo 105 mm.
